Members

There are Three deferent ways we divide out membership

1. BOARD OF TRUSTEES:

i) There shall be a Board of trustees consisting of 8 (Ten) Members.

ii) The first meeting will be presided over by the senior most members present, they shall select /elect the Chairman, the General Secretary, the treasurer of the trust, and other Executive Members of the Board of trust shall be its members. The Board of trustees may extend the Office-bearers and elect / select one of them for such new designation.

iii) The Board of Trustees may co-opt members by consensus or by 1/2 majority decision to fill up the casual vacancy or an addition to the Board subject to the maximum member as fixed before.

iv) If 2/3 members of the Board of Trust think that the Board of Trust should be reconstituted in the meeting of the General body of the Trust it may ruler the matter there but Trust. Trusts who may enter later should not be elected selected to the Board of Trust.

v) However, each member of the Board of trustees in general meeting shall exercise powers and functions and enjoy rights and privileges in the way stated in this presents.

2. Executive Commitee

Any person who has attained the age of majority and subscribes to the objects of the trust is eligible to become a General Member of the trust provided that a proposal for General Membership for the consideration of the Executive Committee is made by one life member and seconde by at least another life member. Every General Member of the trust shall have the right to participate and vote in the elections of the trust and also of the Executive Committee as far as these relate to no-life members

3.General Members.

The members of the Trust will be 30 (Thirty) only.

Number of members can be increased or deer eased subject to appoval of the Ordinary General Meeting.
